ABOUT LORENA AMERI
Since leaving Italy in 2010, I have worked as Restaurant and Event Manager for some of the most iconic and high profile venues in Central London. I have worked with a range of clients from technology, finance and VIPs. After dedicating over 10 years to the hospitality industry I have decided to focus on myself and become a better manager. Extremely understanding and open-minded I got a diploma in HR management in 2020, which helped me to stay focused during the pandemic. I learned techniques that make me a fair and passionate manager and I believe it is important to always lead by example and be mindful of others, no matter what your role is. Thriving in a fast paced creative environment, I am trained in understanding the importance of strategic planning and organisation, with emphasis on time, budget management and working to deadlines. Deeply in love with everything that involves food and drinks, always ready to discover new restaurants and cuisines and spend time with the people I love!
