9/5/23) Since retiring from Auto Club Group in March of 2023, I have decided to begin a search for either part time work or a short term contract position. My main interests would be in the Talent Acquisition industry in either a Sourcing or Coordinator role.(11/8/21) I am very pleased to have been hired direct with Auto Club group, as of 10/31/21. This is an employee-centric organization which takes their responsibility to their members very seriously. Such a pleasure to recruit candidates for a company that I truly believe to be a great place to work and has a positive role to play in society at large.(Written in 2018) After 20 plus years in Logistics Management, I made a career change to professional recruiting. My initial recruiting opportunity was working for IBM - Talent Acquisition & Optimization (RPO), as a Lead Recruiter, from March 2013 until November 2017. My focus was recruiting technical professionals for several manufacturing customers. I have been working, on a contract basis, recruiting technical professionals for automotive and manufacturing clients. I have no regrets leaving the Logistics sphere. My former career in logistics did provide a strong background for positive interaction with candidates and clients in the world of manufacturing and production.
