My overall “why” is to enhance agriculture by improving customer understanding within my organization so business decisions can be made that drive the customers business while providing value to the business. I grew up on a head beef cattle farm in central michigan. I received my B.S. and M.S. from Michigan State University. My strong understanding of the agriculture system allows me to drive organizational change within my current role. Creating a better customer experience and in turn better business outcomes.
