About Loren Neitzke
I am a College student at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse studying finance and Professional communication. I am aspiring to be heavily involved in commercial real estate development and investing in multi family buildings! As a co-founder of Boiler Dorm, I work with a team of professionals to provide an intermediary service for real estate teams to manage and nurture leads throughout the transaction process. We pride ourselves on communicating in a professional manner, keeping in constant contact with leads, and helping with all questions and concerns. As a co-founder of Drone Safe, I collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to create a start-up that develops a safety system for delivery drones. We have been featured on Project Pitch It, a TV show that showcases innovative ideas and entrepreneurs. In both of my ventures, I apply my entrepreneurial and sales management skills, as well as my passion for solving problems and creating value. I am always eager to learn new things, challenge myself, and contribute to the success of my team and organization. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any role, and I am excited to explore new opportunities and possibilities.
