I genuinely love seeing great games go out to fans and equally am passionate about helping everyone around me be happy and successful. WHAT I DOAs an engineering leader:• Help my team succeed by supporting them in owning their work, establishing clear outcomes, and enabling them to creatively pursue those outcomes.• Drive for clarity in objectives and roadmaps to enable predictable results with early warnings if we are off track.• Develop talent to succeed through a coaching approach to development.
