About Loren Bishop

I serve as the Lead Pastor of The Ark Church, where I am honored to lead a vibrant, Christ-centered community focused on spiritual growth, authentic relationships, and community impact. With over 25 years of ministry experience, my journey has been shaped by both pastoral service and corporate leadership, giving me a unique perspective on faith, leadership, and organizational health. My pastoral roots were formed as a bi-vocational assistant pastor on the South Shore of Massachusetts, where I served faithfully while working full-time in the corporate world. Over the decades, I’ve led and developed a wide range of ministries including youth and children’s ministry, men’s ministry, discipleship programs, small groups, and church administration. I’ve been blessed to serve in roles that required both strategic vision and hands-on ministry, including planning, team development, and pastoral care. My desire is to glorify God and see lives transformed by Jesus Christ and His Word.
