As an HR - On Site Specialist, I focus on optimizing resources and meeting the needs of a single client. My main responsibilities include-Job Management: I actively collaborate with the client to understand specific needs and ensure alignment between expectations and available resources-Recruitment and Selection: I handle the research and selection of candidates, ensuring that each profile meets the required criteria-Contracts and Administration: I manage the entire contractual process and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth transition that complies with regulations-Training and Safety: I organize safety courses for staff, promoting a safe working environment that meets standards-Reporting: I produce detailed reports on management costs, providing the client with a clear and transparent view of expenses-Corporate Interface: I serve as a point of contact between the client and supporting corporate structures, facilitating communication and collaboration-Onboarding and Academy Management: I oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage the Academy, ensuring that the team is always updated and trained.My mission is to ensure high-quality service, contributing to the client\'s success and continuously improving internal processes.
