In January, I transitioned into the role of Transformation Product Manager (TPM) within Global Business Operations (GBO). It\'s an exciting opportunity to collaborate with IT Engineers, Data Science, and PGTM Planners to build world-class AI-driven software. As the TPM for COSMOS Demand Forecasting, I develop our product roadmap to align with Dell\'s strategic cascade while recognizing the business needs of our stakeholders. Our Agile approach enables continuous improvements through rigorous testing, consistent feedback sessions, and timely sprint releases. My favorite part of this role is understanding our planning processes and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to leverage AI is a suite of integrated tools that provide a dynamic, decision-making environment for assortment planning, demand forecasting, and cost & pricing. It consolidates TAM model, historical sales, and seasonality to build AI forecasts within each tool.
