   Dell Project, Richardson, TX June 2017 to Present Dell Project Scope: Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade for laptops Coordinating with the technicians who are responsible for the upgrade at multiple sites across the United States. Manage application deployment schedule for technicians managing the upgrade. Procurement of the laptops at each site while managing and tracking process through to deployment. Created KPI for the project for ordering, scheduling and forecasting. Responsible for documenting the Process and Procedures for the project upgrade. Lead Project Manager for a Global client over several projects including: Blue Work Place (BWP). This project consisted of converting current office space into Agile / XP work environment which includes Kanban boards, focus rooms, advance A/V conference rooms, an arcade, a tech bar, IMAC laptops, stat boards, and an open snack center. This environment helps nurture a team building environment. New Site survey Project. This included using floor plans to assess how to create the Blue work place from the current environment. The team used a Due Dilligience report,an Assumptions report, and a site visit to create a Project Management plan for the client. the PMO would conduct a weekly meeting to discuss budget, schedule, and task plan to complete the project. Site Decommission Project. This include tracking network assets, laptops, desktops, printers, as well as monitors, to be shipped back and redistributed from our asset inventory. Dual monitor Project. Which consist of tracking current monitor assets and upgrading them from sites all of the continental U.S.A. Equipment Refresh Project. This project consisted on sending out surveys to employees who were slated for a new laptop or desktop, tracking the information, and distributing new equipment to the employee across the U.S
