As an Early Careers Recruiter at EY, I work within our Talent Attraction function on our Colleges & Universities team. My role is to work with students from specific target universities to create networking opportunities and help educate them on career opportunities, recruitment timelines, and EY as a whole.At this time, the only students I work with are from Wake Forest University, University of North Carolina at Charlotte, University of Tennessee, Vanderbilt University, Middle Tennessee State University, and Rhodes College.
