Analysis of leading and lagging safety performance indicators for trends to drive corrective actions. Develop, deliver, review and oversee EH & S training to affected employees and contractors. Interpretation of OSHA, NIOSH, ANSI and other standards and regulations. Provide resources, support and advisement to defense engineering group responsible for multiple radar and missile defense systems. Lead projects to ensure promote health and safety of Raytheon employees and contractors.
