With a flexible, collaborative approach, we become a true extension of each client’s team, bringing clarity, consistency, and creative execution to every corner of their business.Roles & Responsibilities:+ Oversee and execute full-service marketing strategies for clients, including photo/video creation, branding, social media, websites, email campaigns, project management and events+ Manage social media for multiple clients handling strategy, content creation, design, scheduling, engagement, and analytics+ Write and edit copy across platforms, including social media, websites, email sequences, and printed marketing materials+ Produce custom brand photography and videography to support client content needs and elevate visual storytelling+ Design branded assets and templates for digital and print use, ensuring consistent brand presence across all touchpoints+ Lead 1:1 coaching and strategy sessions, conduct marketing audits, and develop tailored growth plans+ Streamline backend systems and internal workflows for clients to improve efficiency, organization, and scalability+ Coordinate and promote client events, overseeing logistics, promotion, and execution+ Lead all internal marketing, brand strategy, and business planning for KP3, including content development, social media, email marketing, backend systems, and long-term growth initiatives to ensure the business runs efficiently and shows up with clarity and consistency across all platforms.
