Her personal mission is to support, uplift and empower others because everyone needs a helping hand. Her passions include: entrepreneurship, technology, music, startups and sales. Some of her successes include managing teams of 100+, generating over $100k in business revenue in one year, implementing 4 businesses from idea stage to 5+ years of operation and publishing a self help book. Lorae is charismatic, intellectual and willing to learn. In the last three years, Lorae has challenged herself to pursue entrepreneurial industries outside her comfortzone. In 2020 Lorae was awarded a research grant by associates of Bristol University to create a Blockchain/DAG that could successfully be used to provide data ownership for users of social media. Following this 30 page research paper, Lorae has taught crypto classes on discord to individuals online. She is an ambassador of the Carib DAO and she has introduced over 200+ people to the web3 industry as well as generated over $100k of crypto business revenue within 1 year for affiliate marketing. Presently, Lorae has created augmented reality music NFTs. Using her UX design skills, Lorae has created a futuristic prototype to showcase the new technology. She is also learning to code in solidity and python as she builds out the framework for the project. Lorae is a proud production member for MetaV studios; the first production company in the Metaverse and has hosted Miami NFT week live from the Metaverse April 2022. Lorae has also hosted single release parties for verified music artists such as Trap Beckham. Previously Enterprise project officer at Essex Statups, Here I worked in a small team within the employability department of the university. I managed several projects full time and reported directly to the Enterprise Officer, senior managers and department director. Activities included -Consulting student enterprises -planning and hosting networking events, funding opportunities and workshops -reading through business plans, submitting them to competitions | Santander Entrepreneur University-Rearch strategys for department growths, presented comprehensive findings using microsoft programmes -created trying and educational materials -liased with other departments and businesses -organised meeting and kept up to date with a busy calendar.
