Report up to the Director- HR- Labor Relations as frontline support to up to 600 employees in the Infinite Sustainable Solutions (ISS), and the Chemcare business.• Support the business in the response of COVID-19 primary/secondary exposure and illness cases.• Conduct succession and talent planning for critical roles and talent segments within the business.• Facilitate and lead local compensation review, with Compensation COE to ensure non-exempt wage equity and offers and compensation issues at facility.• Directly involved in employee coaching, counseling, and termination discussions as both an employee advocate as well as a business partner ensuring a fair, thorough and balance investigation using “just cause” practices.• Participate and drive calibration sessions and consistency between local leadership to ensure local leadership alignment to organizational strategy in the talent management process. Including working with leaders during goal setting, performance and review process, and merit process.• Support HR programs and processes in conjunction with corporate CoE partners (i.e. open enrollment, employee medical leave).• Ensure the recruitment and onboarding of high-quality talent capable of supporting the short and long-term needs of the business in conjunction with managers, the Talent Acquisition team and the contingent workforce manager firm. • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues and progressive discipline.
