In my current role, I am responsible for leading data integrity, standards, and stewardship committee along with Quality Manager to support agency\'s quality management program. I manage enterprise-level projects and reports on project status to CIO and center senior management. In addition, I support with ongoing collaboration between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within organization. I supervise operations of HIS while administering department of health information systems business unit. The values I have driven during this role were- Deployed patient intake management system at 100% of all locations; fully automating patient intake process- Championed project management efforts to assist with health information exchange efforts with local, state, and county entities- Organized training sessions for staff of Transgender Health, Women\'s Health, HIV/AIDS, Primary Care, and Sexual Health as well as Education Programs- Delivered strategic and tactical development, evaluation, and execution of health information systems strategies for world\'s largest LGBTQ+ organization- Performed as implementation Project Manager for LANES Health Information Exchange, Phreesia Patient Intake Management, and Allscripts migration from Citrix to MS Azure- Monitored business intelligence strategy to support local, state, and federal incentive tracking, monitoring, and reporting clinical quality measures, UDS, HEDIS, Ryan White, and Meaningful Use.
