I partner with the business focusing on bringing the best humans into ClearBank\'s; Risk, Compliance, Sales/Revenue, Finance, Legal, Governance, Data and Leadership functions.Working with an impressively experienced sitcom of a team, in just a year we\'ve totally re-shaped how ClearBank hire, introducing; new systems (ATS migration), tools, processes and procedures among other initiatives to ensure the best possible experiences internally and externally, but most importantly to ensure we are securing the right people for the bank! In just a year there has been phenomenal growth; c550 people -> near 900.
