I write and edit infrastructure documentation for banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions. I use Visio to create infrastructure diagrams and post documents into ServiceNow system. The Visio diagrams include user transaction flows user login/authentication, bill pay, money movement, SMS, push notifications, file transmissions, customer server rep, and any other flows related to that application. It also includes infrastructure diagrams of all environments that include source/destination endpoints, firewalls, network devices, security devices, servers, VIPs, and ports. This documentation is published for internal use by support teams during incidents on an internal SharePoint portal and ServiceNow.I develop content based on interviews with multi-disciplined engineers, operational support, technical program and project managers, and other subject matter experts (SMEs), at all levels. • Work with Software developers and Solutions Architect to diagram all user transaction through the application. In order to make complex diagrams easier to read, I use layers for each flow that can be turned on/off. • Work with lead engineer and supporting fields (network, security) to diagram infrastructure of the applications.I am self-driven and effectively juggle multiple projects with competing priorities. I have the proven ability to work quickly and maintain focus and accuracy in fast-moving environments.
