OVOLifts developed a unique pipeline, piping and cable-rack lifting solution allowing access to multiple work areas whilst the lines are in-service, giving plant engineers and contractors critical information on pipe condition and access to perform maintenance. This allows plant operators to transition their pipe maintenance strategy from a reactive to planned footing.Supports are exposed to galvanic corrosion, reducing pipe wall thickness over time and putting the environment and plant personnel at risk. Without intervention the line will eventually require replacement in a shut-down situation. Traditional methods of gaining access to these areas in a live environment are costly and unscalable, involving risks to personnel and the environment. Majors including Sasol, Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, Shell and 25 others are currently working with OVOLifts and the solution is quickly deployable anywhere in the world.

ABOUT LONNIE TIEGS
As a co-founder and director of OVOLIFTS LLC, I have over 8 years of experience in developing and delivering a unique pipeline, piping, and cable-rack lifting solution for the oil and energy industry. Our solution enables plant operators to access multiple work areas while the lines are in-service, providing critical information on pipe condition and facilitating maintenance. This reduces the risk of galvanic corrosion, environmental damage, and plant shutdowns, and helps our clients transition from a reactive to a planned maintenance strategy.I have a strong background in mining and mineral engineering, with a BSc from the University of Idaho and additional studies at the University of Nevada-Reno. I also have extensive experience in logistics and supply chain systems, having worked as a country manager for ALS Alliance, a smart partnership that offered marine logistics services to LNG projects in Mozambique. In addition, I have been a shareholding director of Safari Surfboard Factory, a leading surfboard manufacturer in South Africa. I am skilled in negotiation, marketing, strategic planning, and marketing strategy, and I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions for the energy sector.
