This has been useful not only in my corporate career but also in connecting with others and learning their goals, which has ultimately led me to finding my passion and purpose in becoming a transformation life coach. I, however, call it weightless coaching as I focus on helping women (I love to work with mamas) ditch the weight of self-doubt and perfectionism to step into the true version of themselves with confidence to create a life they love. The best part about my program is that it is a true mind, body, and soul transformation. One of my favourite parts of my career is providing motivational talks on mindset and confidence as the energy becomes contagious in the room and there is nothing like seeing people have those aha moments that you know will help them make a change in their life.
