I’ve spent much of my career vetting requirements of all sorts to determine not only how to comply, but also how they can be leveraged to fuel everything from operational excellence and business transformation to competitive advantage and stakeholder engagement. At Kluber Lubrication, this mindset of “requirement turned opportunity” positioned me as the leader of all internal regulatory compliance efforts and external compliance systems for B2B clients. Additionally, it placed me in the middle of corporate advancement and business development activities widely involved in leading sustainability initiatives, directing M&A compliance strategies, owning private label ventures, and more.
