Director & Counsel of Special Investigations Unit (SIU)- current responsibility Head the Special Investigations Unit (SIU), the organization responsible for investigating and resolving reported instances of suspected insurance fraud, making referrals for criminal investigation, and determining legal action to be initiated on behalf of the company. As leader, drove a sustained program of continuous improvement, including governance, anti-fraud strategy, case management, staff development, and automated tools. Harassment & Discrimination Officer - current responsibility Responsible for internal investigation into complaints of harassment and discrimination by company employees, and for developing, keeping relevant and conducting corporate anti-discrimination and harassment training.
