I currently work as the Chief People Officer at College Essay Guy, where I help cultivate a team culture rooted in deep care, equity, and growth. Over the years, I\'ve worn many hats at CEG—including Essay Coach, Head of Workshops, Director of College Counseling, and Chief Experience Officer—which helps me bring a rich, human-centered lens to my work.I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and am ABD in Human Development and Family Studies. I\'m trained as a Narrative Therapist and have worked across a broad spectrum of educational and counseling spaces, including as Project Director of Northwestern University\'s Juvenile Project, a high school counselor in suburban Chicago, and founder of my own independent college counseling company, Longworth Prep.As an immigrant and first-generation college student, I believe deeply in the power of story, identity, and access. My work is grounded in kindness, curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to equity.
