Senior Accounts Receivable and Cash Application Specialist @Canadian Solar Inc.

Identify and apply payments on the co rrect invoices and customer’s account - Interact with Sales Operation team and customers to make sure remittance are applied properly - Apply payments (cash application ) in a daily basis - Create regular reports to accurately track financial information. Responsibility includes Aging Report, AR General Ledger reconciliation, AR Customers\' account reconciliation - Work close with collection department on Aging Report and accounts Reconciliation - Perform periodic audits of the general ledger (GL) and company financial documents - Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies - Communicate and interact with Sales and Sales Operation team on pricing disputes, shipment, and cash flow concerns to resolve delinquency and payment issues in a timely manner - Review AR aging daily and provide past due updates to management on an as-needed basis and through weekly reporting. Perform reconciliations along with thorough explanations to customer\'s account - Process billing, assuring invoices are sending to customers in a timely manner as per the contract and/or sales order (SO)
