The inputs AI systems need most and the hardest to move through pipelines.Compliance gets treated as a checkpoint rather than infrastructure. That breaks fast at the speed of AI when joining datasets, refreshing sources, running labeling, or selling into regulated enterprises. Risk compounds. Timelines slip. Utility erodes. There\'s a lot more structure to the problem than most teams realize when they first hit it.
