   Been the technology leader of the team, and has led the effort to push the team to the technology forefront. Leading the construction/ design of data warehouse, data pipeline, data integration, data quality and data management in Universal Store BizOps Analytics team (6-10 team members). Created the Payment, Cost of Payment, Dunning Insights, Azure Ops, Authentication(PSD2) big data solution, make sure it is easily accessible, flexible and optimizing the performance of our team\'s big data ecosystem. Integrating various resources from Payment, Risk, Billing, Account, Subscription, Payment Instrument, Operations, cost of payment and Authentication(PSD2), etc. to power multiple teams to run business critical analysis and operation. Designing & optimizing the data pipeline and data warehouse to populate the big data with high quality for daily and real time analysis. Working with the business analysts and data scientists about the business requirement, designing the most feasible data warehouse/ solution to support them to succeed. Design and implement the anomaly detect solution to monitor the data quality and anomaly of the data in our team. Design the data management platform to monitor/ manage/ distribution the data in our team.
