Perform complimentary services on site for customers; including but not limited to On site Battery Exchanges, Oil Changes, Battery Jumps for dead Car Battery, Exchange and Install Headlights/Tail Lights, Perform Battery, Starter and Alternator Checks using hardware/CRM allowing customers to give detailed info to mechanic for next steps in vehicle maintenance-Use in store CRM to look up customer\'s make, model, year of vehicle to find parts specific to their car, and also locate items in store warehouse using detailed number system-Take Calls with clients who look up car parts, set pre-orders and manage pickup within CRM-Ring Clients up in store and answer basic questions with impeccable teamwork from co-workers as well-Stock Items from Warehouse Truck using the meticulous coding system to place items on shelves and in store stock selection. Scan items to also find where they belong in store-Excellent Management, Teamwork and Leadership /soft skills developed from a fast paced/team based environment-Keep with KPI\'s in sales as well as continue to learn and master Fundamental Car Maintenance, and Proactive Vehicle Repair to further assist clients/on site and phone car part consultation-Perform 6 hour shifts with no lunch break at times to keep up with high pace customer intake, snack on the go if necessary-Clean Store and do register checks for the Cash Register and CRM-Break Down Cardboard boxes to place in metal bin for re-use and recycling-Efficient Customer Service with on site help, assistance and further training.
