Be the main point of contact between clients and the operations team-Be knowledgeable of the duties of the operations team to answer client questions effectively-Build trusting relationships with clients throughout the lifespan of their engagements-Develop a thorough understanding of our services-When appropriate, this could lead to upsell and cross-selling opportunities-Identify outstanding items needed by the operations team and communicate such items to the client-Review client requests and add those to the project management system for operations to complete-Frequently call our clients to ensure that they are satisfied with their current services-Identify areas of improvement for clients’ accounts (cross-sell/upsell opportunities for new services or adjustment of current services)-Compile analytics reports, interpret data, and send to clients on a monthly basis-Perform other reasonable duties required by the Employer in order to further the Employer’s Business.
