There are two ways to work: the hard way and the smart way. Many people have different views on both ways. However, I have my own view. I believe hard work and smart work moves hand in hand. If you work hard, then you will find a way to work smart. I have imbibed both ways into me. With my work experience in L&T, I have learned how to work hard in professional career. During my MBA life, I tried to make my life hard by taking more and more responsibilities, taking different projects and additional leadership roles. It has made me a smart worker. Now I can work in both ways with my presence of mind and sharpness to understand the situation. I am an honest person with ability to see through any situation. I have another ability to understand and work at any level of organization. I get adjusted with the situation and give my best at every place. With my basic knowledge of engineering and MBA, I see myself as a potential person to work at any organization.
