Most change initiatives fail.Not because the strategy is wrong, but because very few leaders know how to lead it.With over 17 years previously at Big 4 firms and an Imperial College London MBA, I’m a leadership development coach, speaker, trainer (Maxwell Leadership certification in progress), and adviser to organisations who want their senior leaders to lead with confidence and credibility - particularly during times of change.
