ABOUT LAUREN HARRIS
I believe in the power of events to connect people, tell stories, and create lasting impact. That belief has fuelled my 20+ year career across the event landscape - from arena operations and international tours to corporate activations and community-led programmes. My experience is intentionally broad. I’ve led full-scale venue operations, advanced major productions across continents, produced multi-day conferences, and partnered with non-profits to create purpose-driven experiences. Having worked both inside the venue and out on the road, I bring a 360° perspective to every project, and I know how to make complex events feel seamless from every angle. What sets me apart is how I lead: with empathy, precision, and a systems-focused approach. I thrive in high-stakes environments where details matter, timing is critical, and cross-functional alignment is everything. I’ve managed large, diverse teams, overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, and delivered experiences that combine operational rigour with creative vision. Whether I’m partnering with executives, supporting artists, or mentoring frontline staff - I keep the mission clear and the audience at the centre. At the end of the day, I care deeply about how people experience an event - from the moment they purchase a ticket or receive an invitation, to their first steps into the venue, to the atmosphere, energy, and care that shape their experience. Every touchpoint is intentional. That’s the standard I lead by and the kind of experience I build. Always open to connecting with fellow event professionals, collaborators, and leaders who believe in the power of live experience.
