Clinical leader, psychotherapist and supervisor. I am qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Couples Therapy for depression and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing. I hold full accreditation with the BABCP. I have experience of working in clinical leadership in primary care mental health services (NHS Talking Therapies), completing clinical audit, data analysis, developing and delivering training.I have experience of working therapeutically with children, young people, parents, adults and couples. Delivering intervention for common mental health difficulties including depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (including body-focused repetitive behaviors), anxiety disorders including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, Social Phobia, Panic disorder and agoraphobia, emetophobia, illness/health and death anxiety. I have delivered one to one therapy face-to-face, over the phone, via video conferencing and online. I have also delivered group interventions.I have experience of supervising clinicians one-to-one, group and ad-hoc.Between March 2016 and July 2017 I travelled Asia and Oceania.
