   Developed and executed a comprehensive marketing plan, including tabling at Business Bash, recruiting through Warrington Welcome panels, and leveraging campus partnerships to expand applicant outreach- Oversaw the mentee and mentor selection process, evaluating applications to identify individuals aligned with the program’s mission and values- Directed a 5 person recruitment committee dedicated to organizational values and the development of innovative recruitment strategies resulting in an increase in brand awareness and program participation.
