Hi, I’m Lola McNeill, a junior at Auburn University majoring in Apparel Merchandising with a minor in Business. I’m passionate about understanding how products, people, and style come together and how strategic merchandising decisions shape the customer experience.Through my coursework and experiences in Dallas and Auburn boutiques, I’ve built a strong foundation in retail operations, visual merchandising, trend analysis, and marketing. As Merchandise Chair for Chi Omega, I’ve managed product design, ordering, and vendor coordination, gaining hands-on experience that mirrors professional merchandising roles.My perspective has been shaped globally through study abroad programs in London and Italy, where I explored international fashion markets, brand presentation, and consumer behavior.I’m currently seeking a Summer 2026 internship in Dallas focused on merchandising, retail buying, or product development, where I can combine my analytical mindset and creative intuition to contribute to a brand’s success.

   In this role, I’m responsible for managing and promoting our chapter’s image and brand across all platforms. I oversee our Instagram and website, making sure our online presence reflects who we are as a chapter in an authentic and consistent way. I also lead our marketing team and work with a group of talented women who support content creation, photography, and design throughout the year. One of my favorite parts of the position is collaborating closely with the Recruitment Team during the summer to plan and execute our marketing strategies.
