ABOUT LOLADE ALEEM

I’m a certified Mechanical Engineer working across design, integration, cooling and lubrication systems, CAD and CAE tools, and design verification methods. I’m also Six Sigma Belt certified, which has sharpened my ability to drive process improvements and deliver high-quality results efficiently.I’ve built a strong foundation in engineering, but what sets me apart is my ability to adapt and contribute across multiple disciplines. Outside of my engineering role, I’m a creative at heart. I work as a videographer, capturing weddings, producing podcasts, and creating digital content. I also help churches set up and manage their ICT departments, including building YouTube channels and digital platforms to support their outreach.On top of that, I run a local football club where I manage everything from recruitment and administration to tax compliance and data systems. It’s a space where I apply leadership, strategy, and community-building in a hands-on way.I thrive in environments that value versatility, diversity in thought process and innovation.
