ABOUT AYOADE ADEMUYEWO

I’m a practicing CRNA and CEO with a deep commitment to transforming talent acquisition in healthcare. As the founder of Lokum, a B2B SaaS company, I’m building the future of healthcare talent acquisition through our first-to-market direct-to-provider solution, designed to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. I started this journey due to the experiences I had, along with countless colleagues, who believed their work-finding experience in Locum Tenens anesthesiology work could and should improve. I focus on creating intuitive, provider-centric tech-driven solutions that modernize the talent acquisition process for healthcare organizations recruting advanced practice medical specialists. I leverage a deep understanding of the clinical workforce, and act as a liason between stakeholders, including clinicians and businesses. As an alumna of both the Techstars JP Morgan and Google for Startups accelerators, as well as a clinician, I have a unique perspective on scaling innovative technical and business solutions to meet complex challenges in provider recruitment.At Lokum, I oversee the development and execution of our product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive key features that enhance efficiency, grow revenue, and create successful matches between healthcare providers and practices.When I’m not working on transforming healthcare recruitment, I enjoy gardening, painting, and playing Super Mario Brothers on my Nintendo Switch. I\'m always open to connecting with professionals in healthcare tech and recruitment, or anyone passionate about the future of work.
