Currently involved with building ‘Altis at Lake Willis’ – An ‘Altis’ community space with multiple multifamily buildings along with state-of-the-art luxury units and amenity spaces, in the Central Florida region, for a budget of $52 million, for 329 units. • Conducted several bid reviews and contract negotiations, with awards of up to $10 million each. • Involved in BIM coordination & clash detection for all buildings; comprising of post-tensioned slabs, cast-in-place shaft walls, wood trusses and wall paneled wood framing members. • Daily duties include: construction coordination with the design team and AHJ; taking charge of OAC/Subcontractor meetings; bid reviews, contract negotiations, contract creation & agreements; project buyout tracking; change order creation & approvals; project schedule tracking & expediting; budget transfers & pending adjustments; fees & contingency tracking; safety meetings and documentation; permit tracking, building inspection issues, code compliance, green building checklists, stormwater pollution prevention plan execution, etc.
