Excellent understanding of denims and have good experience in handling different washes range from basic rinse wash to acid washes and Ball wash, Towel wash, Splatter and Glitter wash which includes different kinds dry process and destructions.Have doing product like 5-Pocket denim pants, shorts and skirts, Denim Jackets and Denims jeans with different kind of embellishment’s. Also handled business casual pants.(Formal bottoms), shirts and other girls and women’s tops.Fabrics handled: Stretch & Supper stretch denims, knitted denims fabrics. Cotton and cotton blends, rigid cotton and cotton blended fabric from 6 to 13 Oz weights. Have good experience in sourcing & develop denim fabrics from India and China SOP for Denims:Making of water fall to understand how base colour will bleach from darker to lightest shade.Preparing of shade blankets for complete bulk fabric received at factory.Segregating the shade lots based on the results from bulk shade blankets.Working with wash technician for right wash recipe for different shade lots in order to hit the target approved shade.
