Currently working as an Senior engineer responsible for process design and development of new product consisting of following activities. 1.Feasibility studies for new projects 2.design and development of Convenient and ergonomic process. 3.Freezing of of process flow chart, Preparation of FMEA, control plans, Job instructions, 4.Development and approval of press tools,injection molds,jig & fixtures,and erection of new assembly lines,Process validation,initial process capability studies, 5.Assembly line balancing by cycle time study, method study. Soldering process with robotic applications. 7.Conveyor based SMT & SMT THD assembly line development. I am very adaptive person and keen to develop further my skills, interest in new product / process design & development.
