Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities and communicate progress to management. Work with Account team in providing remittance details, ensuring cash being applied correctly, clearing of incoming down payment and inform customers if there are any discrepancies and rate deducted. Ensure SLA delivery with complete adherence to Code of Conduct. Drive Agencies for Retention, Provision roll back and Involuntary churn and deliver the targets. Ensure SLA delivery with complete adherence to Code of Conduct. Engage in development and implementation of various training programs of team members. Ensuring all reports and feedbacks are well maintained at the agencies and they are utilized for taking subsequent action in portfolio. Ensure that we execute the acceptable level of collection effectively and payment via security sales is minimized. Provide required customer support, timely and accurate collections. Assessing the risk of a borrower being able to repay their loan to the lender, decision the loan adhering to the regulatory guidelines and company policy & procedures as well. Underwrite and decision loans to comply with state and federal regulations. Ensure maximum Collections and Recoveries. Maintain MIS as required
