I’m Lokesh, currently working as a Senior Analyst at NatWest Group. Over the last few years, I’ve handled a wide range of CDD, KYC, AML and financial crime cases, reviewing hundreds of customer profiles and complex structures. This work has given me a strong foundation in breaking down problems, assessing risks and making decisions based on clear and structured analysis.I’m also pursuing Strategic Business Management at Masters’ Union, where I’m learning more about strategy, growth and how companies build long-term advantage. The program has helped me understand the broader business side of things and pushed me toward the kind of work I want to take on next.Outside my role, I founded MicpeVibe, a street-interview content project. Managing a small team, planning shoots and taking an idea from concept to final output has taught me a lot about leadership, ownership and how people respond to good storytelling. Building it from scratch has been one of my most practical learning experiences.All of these experiences are shaping my interest toward consulting and strategy. I enjoy solving open-ended problems, working with data and thinking about how businesses can grow or operate more efficiently.Outside of work, I travel solo quite often and enjoy trekking.
