Create standard desktop configurations and automated software packages to ensure the enterprise desktop systems can be supported and patched, using Macrovision AdminStudio.• Implement, document, and maintain desktop security standards & Perform administration of software distribution, patch management, desktop security, remote support and other enterprise desktop tools and utilities.• Perform system administration of the enterprise desktop asset management software tools, including upgrades.• Collaborate with the Desktop Support Team in the documentation and implementation of the process and procedures for the enterprise desktop environment that provides management with an accurate inventory of hardware, operating systems and respective licensing, applications and respective licenses.• Develop reports for management of the audit analysis of desktop license, software and hardware compliance, operating systems and hosted application software distribution by location.• Assist with the maintenance of all infrastructure services provided by System Center Configuration Manager. Configured Task sequence for automatic migration from Windows 7 to 10• Keep current with new solutions available to perform software distribution, inventory, monitoring, updates and ongoing maintenance to the organization’s Windows desktop environment.• Serve as 3rd level support for all desktop related issues in keeping with the organizations incident and problem management escalation procedures.• Troubleshoot desktop-related issues in coordination with other members of the IT Technology groups and users, when necessary.• Perform Quality Assurance testing of packages, application configurations, images and configuration performance using manual and automated testing tools.
