About Lokesh Raj
I am a professional with 11+ years of experience across domains in HR. My experience in challenging and growing environments has exposed me to quick way of identifying and solving problem with a long term solution in mind. I have worked as an HR Business Partner for close to 4 years, and in most of my experience, partnering also included deep-diving into employee life-cycle processes, employees grievances, performance discussions and devising attrition strategies. Throughout my business partnering stint, I have always owned the talent acquisition and manpower planning of businesses as well – whether it is execution or driving it through a team. I have helped augment the business agenda through people initiatives by setting up processes and policies and enforcing them with zeal and enthusiasm in the employees.My other major exposure has been towards HR Transformation – right from redesign of HR process and policies landscape to identifying and implementing the suitable tech product best suited to support the landscape for organisation\'s needs. I have lead the implementations of Oracle fusion, Taleo, ORC, Amber, xoxoday among other tools in India, South-east Asia, UK and USA. Along with this, I also lead change management initiatives to introduce the change, make sure people adapt to the change, and equip them for the same and then continuously taking feedback and making changes wherever possible on the go.
