TrainICSI was born from fear, imagination, and conviction. During my training and early clinical work, I struggled with the reality of mastering ICSI and embryo biopsy skills limited by rare samples, high-cost machinery, and minimal repeatable practice. Confidence was hard-earned.By the grace of God, one day I dreamt of performing ICSI on a simulation device without real samples or a micromanipulator, yet with the same intensity, realism, and learning experience.When I shared this vision with my friend and co-founder, Apratim Arora, we decided to build it into reality. That moment marked the beginning of TrainICSI.Our mission is to transform embryology training making advanced micromanipulation skills achievable, repeatable, and confidence-driven for aspiring and junior embryologists, with the precision of CR7 and Messi.
