Responsible for credit underwriting, approval oversight, and end-to-end asset quality management, ensuring strong credit discipline and portfolio stability.Overseeing credit appraisal and approval processes, evaluating complex borrower structures, industry risks, and cash-flow sustainability, while maintaining a strong focus on asset quality and early risk identification.I work closely with business, risk, legal, operations, and monitoring teams to enable sustainable portfolio growth, strengthen credit controls, and proactively manage stress and slippages. The role also includes mentoring senior underwriting teams, driving consistency in credit decision-making, and contributing to policy enhancement and process improvements aligned with evolving market and regulatory dynamics.
