Handled entire product and regulatory compliance with respect to M-commerce initiative- Enabled organisation in transitioning Customer Support Services to an outsourcing vendor. Handled the drafting, review and negotiation of multi-million dollar contract with new vendor- Partnered with government relations in effective representation to Government of India on newly notified rules related to Intermediaries and Privacy of users- Collaborated with HR on various compliance issues and generating employee facing policies.
