The analyst is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.> Working as Business Analyst between Director of company/Team Lead and IT staff.> Coordinating and collaborating with functional users and IT staff to find solutions to problems identified in testing, resolve issues during systems upgrades, ensure that requirements documentation is easily translated into user acceptance training/functional test plans, and ensure that proper testing of all systems functionality is completed.> Good hands on familiarity with Microsoft office utilities like word, excel, and PPT.> Helping developers during development to clarify their queries regarding business requirement.> Following Scrum process to manage the development projects.> Preparing Requirement Documents (FRS, BRD, etc), User Stories, Flow Diagram & Test Cases.> Performing UI & Functional Testing with some basic standard and uniformity.> Client visit for demo and delivery with training.> Good in gap analysis, understanding business requirements, making Wire frames.> Knowledge of Sugar/Suit CRM, ZOHO Analytics.
