Serving role of Release Manager at SEI’s Wealth Platform, an outsourcing solution for Wealth Managers. Designed and developed various Control-M automation streams for PSI (Potentially shippable Increment) releases and client Implementations for US and UK Markets of SEI Wealth Platform. This includes legacy (Advisors and Bank) migrations from Trust system of SEI and Various new Clients/Banks coming on board. Creating, Updating, deleting of Jobs/Job Streams for PSI release and Client Implementation. Solve delivery and deployment issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Conduct Release Readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and Go/No-go reviews for releases. Designed and Developed Platform Delivery portal on JSP/Java1.8, Internal to PD team, which helps implementation managers to launch and monitor Control M Job streams; it also features Issue log/Environment Preparations, etc. Migrated/Migrating Statements from Legacy System to SEI Wealth Platform or every Advisor/Client/Bank. Documented Automation process, which helped other resources to catch-up and became productive. Manage Virtual infrastructures, both Linux/Windows, for the execution of Control M Jobs for Deployments/Execution and Validations. Created multi-job launcher, which creates multiple jobs to implement multiple clients in the same environment. On periodic basis maintenance/Upgrade of the Control M starting from version 6/7/9 in coordination with Production Engineering Team. Built a superior Service culture by applying the proven techniques of “Up! Your Service – Customer Service Training Program”.
