Managing end to end IT Procurement including negotiations (both Capex and Opex) of materials & services such as: Hardware (Laptops, Server, Storage etc.), Licenses (Perpectual & subscription based), networking equipment’s (Active & Passive), Data Centre infrastructure (Servers, storage, Load balancers, Routers, Switches, Access Points etc.), Hosting & Data center space contracting, MPLS, ILL links, Manage IT services, IT Manpower contracts, AMCs etc. Responsible for Negotiation and finalization of contract for all IT Infrastructure equipment’s, IT services, Professional services etc. Co-ordinate with CFO, Finance head and other approval authorities to explain the requirement and get an approval on techno-commercial construct. Also responsible to gather relevant input on ROI / CBA & feedback on the vendor performance & monitor key risks to the vendor performance. Generating MIS for weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports Savings, TATs etc. Good knowledge on SEZ/STPI process documentation, various Inco terms, payment terms etc. Co-ordination with legal and tax team to finalize contractual terms. Responsible to include effective competitions in various projects to get an aggressive technically equivalent commercial proposal. Have strong supplier database which help to introduce new vendor development based on the project requirement. Creation of comparison statement, Negotiation with suppliers and initiate internal approval process based on techno-commercial rating to finalize the contract. Good Knowledge & experience on e-Sourcing (RFP), Reverse Auction (RA), SAP, Ariba etc.
