Managing QCS team across 2 geographies.• Support projects as IT Quality Manager to ensure that systems and tools used across global SAP instances are validated as per the ADF framework and assure validated state of the system.Application Maintenance activities includes.• Involved in Change Management, Document Management, Test Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Deviation Management, Training, Periodic Review of SAP systems, On-boarding/ Off-boarding.• On-boarding and off-boarding of resources within SAP and ensure they are adequately trained, and right level of access is provided.• Review and approval of Change controls in SAP Solution Manager from creation till implementation in production.• Documents review in Solution Documentation module in Solution Manager to ensure documents are as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).• Updating of Work Instructions and providing necessary process awareness trainings.• Review and Approval of Deviations.• Review and Approval of Quality Incidents reported and ensure appropriate CAPAs are implemented.• Conduct periodic review on ITSM process to ensure validated state is maintained across all SAP systems. • Provide necessary audit support for internal, external, and regulatory audits.• Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
