overall experience of more than 24 years with 18 years in banking industry with an exposure in both distribution and product functions. Expertise in formulating and implementation of business strategies, Product management, compliance and managing risk. presently I am the Product head for Business Banking with ICICI Bank. Key responsibilities includes PnL management, building business volumes by channel management Process decongestion and digitization, audit and compliance. In my previous role I have handled Retail and rural business on the distribution side of both liabilities and assets. I have also lead the business banking team at a state level and built a large book from the scratch with a mix of retail and SME customer with excellent portfolio quality.
